One of the most common problems we have seen with windscreen wipers is the film that forms on the windscreen due to oily or greasy road dirt and sprays mist. Even if you clean the wiper blades properly, if the glass is still dirty and dirty, say, you will not do your best to reduce the annoying "wiper noise." 

You really have to remove the dirt and dirt particles with a lot of muscle juice and leave no streaks. 

If a piece of leaves or pine needle gets stuck between the wiper blade and windscreen, water can also get through. I like to use a denatured alcohol microfiber cloth to remove dirt and dirt from windshield wipers and windshields. This helps the water simply pearl upwards and it glides gently through the glass. It also helps with the speed at which they glide, so that they glide smoothly through the windscreen. 

A small dent in the rubber of the wiper blade allows water to penetrate even after the dirt has been removed. If the blade breaks when it comes into contact with the windscreen, it can cause the windscreen wipers to stand on debris. 

Wipe the blade twice a year with sandpaper, removing the hardening - and restoring its ability to clean. Make sure you clean your windshield with a squeegee when you stop to get gas and take a second to clean the wiper blade as well. Remove with a cloth everything that sticks to the wiper blades and move your fingers over the blades to make sure that all debris is clear. Clean the windscreen wipers, wiper blades, and even the windscreen itself with clean cloths. 

This is also a good time to take a good look at the blades - rub back and forth and make sure the hinges of the blade are also wiped off. 

Gently wipe the squeegee with a damp paper towel to remove loose dirt or oil. Once you have dried the wipers with the cloth, make sure that you apply a little alcohol to your rubber at this point. Clean the water after wiping the dirt off the blades - this should be done easily with soap and detergent. 

To prevent ice from forming on the squeegee, pull the wiper blades away from the windscreen so that they do not stick to the windscreen. This is effective for all windscreen wipers with blades, but best for those with older models of windshields or with a less perfect windshield. 

There is a lot of dirt coming from the rubber edges of the blades, so get ready to change the wiper blades by checking them regularly for wear. Once the wipers are held in the desired position, wipe them off with a paper towel. Repeat the process of wiping each wiper sheet until the paper towels show no coloring. In other words, keep the paper and towels discarded after cleaning clean, but don't get too upset about changing the blade until you have checked them frequently for worn - and - torn - blades. 

Check the area of the wiper hinges and wash it with hot, soapy water to remove any dirt to ensure a smooth flow of fluid. 

Gently wipe a squeegee with a damp paper towel to remove loose dirt or oil. Remove the residue with grating alcohol and rinse with hot, soapy water for a few minutes. 

To prevent ice from forming on the squeegee and not sticking to the windscreen, pull the wiper blades away from the windscreen. Instead, use an ice scraper to remove ice and snow and melt the ice or snow from the window. Stop the wiper blades when you stop at a gas station, but not too close to the windows. 

When washing the windscreen, clean the wiper blades with a soft cloth or paper towel to remove the loose dirt. With heated wipers, you can enjoy a product designed for winter conditions.
